Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and certified
ERPNext/ Frappe Consultant
to lead the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of our ERPNext system. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ERPNext modules, a strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, Marketing, Sales and HR, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring our ERP system aligns with GK Hair’s global growth strategy and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ERPNext Implementation & Configuration
-
Lead end-to-end implementation of ERPNext, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, system design, configuration, testing, and support.

Customize and configure core modules such as
Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting (GL, AP, AR), CRM, HR & Payroll, and Projects
to meet business needs.

Develop and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to ERPNext.
2. Business Process Optimization
-
Analyze and map existing business processes across departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, HR) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Recommend and implement ERPNext-driven process enhancements to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and reduce manual efforts.
3. Customization & Development
-
Develop custom scripts, print formats, workflows, and reports using Frappe Framework, Python, and JavaScript.

Design and integrate custom apps within ERPNext to address unique business requirements.

Ensure all customizations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with ERPNext upgrade compatibility.
4. User Training & Support

Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users and create detailed user manuals and SOPs.

Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user queries on time.

Establish a support framework and knowledge base for sustainable system adoption.
5. Integration & Automation

Design and manage integrations between ERPNext and third-party systems (e.g., E-commerce platforms, Payment Gateways, CRM tools, BI software).

Implement automation workflows to enhance data flow and reduce manual intervention across business functions.
6. System Maintenance & Upgrades

Plan and execute periodic system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Perform regular system audits, security checks, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system health.

Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and integration architectures.
7. Strategic Advisory

Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and senior management on ERPNext capabilities, digital transformation roadmaps, and system scalability.

Stay updated with ERPNext releases, new features, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience
in ERPNext implementation, customization, and support, preferably in
manufacturing, FMCG, or retail industries
.

ERPNext Certification
(Consultant or Developer) is mandatory.

Strong proficiency in
Frappe Framework, Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, and REST API integrations
.

In-depth knowledge of
accounting principles, inventory management, supply chain logistics, and manufacturing workflows
.

Proven experience in managing full cycle ERP implementations, from planning to post go live support.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills

Experience with multi-national companies, multi-currency, and multi-location ERP implementations.

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean) and ERPNext hosting management.

Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Metabase) for advanced reporting and analytics.

Previous experience in a global or multi-national company environment.
