Handling the End-to-End Recruitment life cycle process
Initial level of screening the candidates by assessing their technical skills, communication, Salary expectations and presenting suitable candidates based on the requirement to client.
Must have extensive exposure to VLSi and Embedded Hiring .
Excellent understanding of VLSi and Embedded technologies
High flexibility to address business needs during the business week and weekends
Handling personal interviews for the short-listed candidates as per the scheduling
Periodic follow ups are made to ensure the candidates take the interview calls
Follow up with the candidates till the offer letter is being issued and the candidates joins.
Posting the job requirements in job portals and networking sites
Lining up of candidates as per the client requirements.
Able to handle and mentor the team with right searching in job portals, social platforms, etc.
Coordinating with the Technical Panel for the Shortlists & the feedbacks
Searching the profile in the database for a new candidate for checking duplication to maintain an effective database.
Maintaining data base for future references
Maintain daily status lists of all activities, i.e., candidates interviewed, screened, and hired
Involvement in complete recruitment process (Short listing, HR- Interview, Interview Arrangements, offer initiation, post offer follow ups, End to End recruitment).
