Position Summary
Hospital to Home LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to support the company’s financial operations, with a strong focus on accounts payable functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing vendor payments, supporting accounts receivable activities, and assisting with general accounting operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while supporting the organization’s financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions, including reviewing, coding, and entering vendor invoices.
- Assist with accounts receivable processing and tracking.
- Post payments and transactions related to insurance billing.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Assist with account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Support month-end close activities and financial reporting processes.
- Assist with internal audits and financial reviews as required.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.
- Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks assigned by leadership.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to exercise discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
