Staff Accountant

• • • Responsible for the accounts payable function from authorized approval through disbursement, adhering to SOPP and GAAP, while ensuring internal controls are maintained.
    • Process invoices and expense reports vai the approval system and upload into the financial system.
    • Ensure correct GL coding for all expenses entering the financial system.
    • Monitors accounts for proper recording of prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, and fixed assets.

Qualifications & Skills

• • • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
    • 2 years’ experience in general accounting and Accounts Payable preferred
    • Experience with ERP accounting systems preferred.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to understand process relationships.
