About The Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations, including revenue recognition, payroll accounting, and monthly close activities. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys structured work, accuracy, and growth within a finance organization.

What You’ll Do

• Execute revenue recognition journal entries in accordance with policy
• Own payroll accounting, including bonus and PTO accruals and reconciliations
• Support monthly close activities and account reconciliations
• Prepare schedules and assist with balance sheet reviews
• Support audit requests and documentation
• Partner with FinOps and Controllership teams on daily accounting needs
• Assist with process improvement and documentation efforts
  
  

What We’re Looking For (Must‑Haves)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–5 years of accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Comfortable working with accounting systems and ERPs
  
  

Nice to Have

• Payroll accounting experience
• SaaS or multi‑entity accounting exposure
• Experience in a fast‑growing organization
