Staff Nurse – Job Description1. Patient Care:

• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.
• Assist in daily activities and personal care.
• Document medical history and treatment progress.

2. Medication & Treatment:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Observe and report side effects or adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate medication records.

3. Safety & Infection Control:

• Follow hygiene and infection control protocols.
• Ensure proper handling of medical equipment.
• Report safety incidents and follow hospital policies.

4. Patient Education & Support:

• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Provide emotional and psychological support.
• Assist in discharge planning and home care guidance.

5. Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work with doctors and healthcare teams.
• Maintain patient records and reports.
• Participate in training and professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
