Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The candidate will provide professional nursing care to patients, assist doctors during procedures, and ensure smooth functioning of daily clinical activities in our IVF and gynecology units.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-procedure nursing care to patients.
• Assist gynecologists and IVF specialists during consultations, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
• Educate and support patients regarding treatment plans and aftercare.
• Coordinate with the medical team for patient care and follow-ups.

Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
• 6 months – 1 year of relevant nursing experience (preferably in gynecology, obstetrics, or IVF).
• Registered with the State Nursing Council.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with empathy and professionalism.
