Staff Technologist - Molecular Biology

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze laboratory findings and conduct routine and special molecular tests.
• Calibrate and operate all instruments in the Molecular Lab.
• Run quality controls, review LJ plot, run EQA and perform interpretation.
• Inform all abnormal results to related Dr/consultant/staff and ensure proper storage of samples.
• Instruct and train juniors and trainees.
• Maintain stock of kits, consumables, and data, including weekly/monthly indents.
• Perform maintenance of analyzers as per procedures and coordinate with suppliers’ Biomedical Department and Engineers in case of errors.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: BS - Medical Laboratory Technology
• Experience: 03 to 05 years of experience in a similar role
• Location: Karachi

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
