Caregiver Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator — Home Care
Senior Helpers of Holly Springs is hiring a Caregiver Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator to ensure our clients receive reliable, uninterrupted care. This role is responsible for recruiting caregivers and coordinating schedules to maintain full coverage across our service area.

Post and manage job ads (Indeed, social media, referrals, etc.)
Screen applicants via phone and virtual interviews
Coordinate interviews with leadership
Maintain an active candidate pipeline
Conduct reference checks
Coordinate background checks and onboarding requirements
Ensure new hire paperwork is complete and compliant
Support caregiver engagement and retention
Assist with building and maintaining caregiver schedules
Monitor open shifts and proactively secure coverage
Communicate with caregivers regarding availability and changes
Respond to call-outs, late arrivals, and staffing emergencies
Track attendance and reliability
Work closely with leadership to prevent service disruptions
Experience in recruiting, staffing, scheduling, or operations
Healthcare, home care, or staffing industry experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with employees and clients
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using software systems and learning new tools
Reliable, professional, and solutions-oriented
Team player with a positive attitude

$18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
