Role Purpose

You ll lead all event support staff ushers, promoters & volunteers sourced via third party agencies. You ll be the bridge between agencies, internal teams & onsite management, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, scheduling & performance during events

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Event Workforce Deploy ushers, promoters & volunteers across zones to maintain smooth operations
  • Agency Coordination Be the main point of contact for staffing agencies (requests, confirmations, updates)
  • Onboarding & Briefing Run orientation sessions, hand out uniforms, badges & event guidelines
  • Scheduling & Attendance Create rosters, track attendance, manage shifts & cover gaps
  • Performance Monitoring Supervise staff on ground, resolve issues, uphold service standards
  • Documentation & Compliance Maintain records: staff lists, IDs, timesheets for billing & internal use
  • Post Event Reporting Compile feedback, staffing metrics & insights for improvement

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing event support staff (ushers, promoters, volunteers)
  • Strong coordination & communication with agencies & internal teams
  • Exceptional organization, detail focus & logistics strength
  • Problem solving under pressure, quick decision making
  • Familiarity with compliance, documentation & reporting
