Job Title: Stakeholder Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Coordinator with a strong engineering background to manage external stakeholder engagement and government permit coordination for infrastructure and development projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience working with key authorities in Qatar, particularly Ashghal and Kahramaa, and will play a critical role in ensuring timely approvals and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage stakeholder-related activities with government authorities and utility providers
- Lead permit and approval processes with relevant entities
- Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on permit applications, NOCs, and related documentation
- Monitor approval timelines and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Attend coordination meetings with authorities and represent the project professionally
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and project requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar stakeholder coordination or permit role
- Proven, hands-on experience dealing with Ashghal and Kahramaa permit approvals
- Strong knowledge of Qatar’s regulatory and permitting processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience in infrastructure or large-scale development projects is highly preferred
- Arabic Speaker required
