Stakeholder Manager - Infrastructure Projects

What You ll Do

* Coordinate directly with Dubai and Northern Emirates authorities to manage utility NOC approvals
* Produce and review utility drawings, cross sections, and technical documentation
* Use Autodesk Civil 3D and Bentley OpenRoads Utilities for design support
* Monitor drawing progress, track pending documentation, and ensure timely submission
* Organize and attend meetings with agencies and stakeholders for NOC processing
* Communicate technical issues, liaise with third-party consultants, and follow up on unresolved items
* Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and support senior design and engineering staff
* Recommend process improvements to expedite approvals and reduce bottlenecks
* Support client meetings and maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil)
* Minimum 8 years of experience in stakeholder management and infrastructure NOC coordination
* Strong understanding of Dubai authority requirements and submission procedures
* Fluency in English and Arabic preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and design software a plus
* Possession of a valid UAE driver s license is highly preferred
* Effective communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
