JOB DESCRIPITION

Overview

Responsible for supervising the setup, operation, and dismantling of exhibition stands, ensuring smooth daily operations, professional staff performance, and an excellent visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee stand installation as per approved designs and ensure all materials and branding are correctly placed.

Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and logistics teams for timely setup.

Manage promoters, hostesses, and sales staff; assign tasks and ensure adherence to event standards.

Ensure smooth operations, greet visitors, handle VIPs, and maintain customer service quality.

Monitor crowd flow and maintain stand cleanliness and safety.

Maintain attendance records, daily logs, and report issues or damages.

Ensure equipment (lighting, screens, AV) functions properly and coordinate troubleshooting.

Act as the main contact for clients, event organizers, and venue staff.

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma; event/marketing diploma is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of experience in events, exhibitions, retail supervision, or customer service.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage teams under pressure; professional and customer‑focused.

UAE experience required.

Experience in exhibition stand management and basic technical troubleshooting is an advantage.

Salary

AED 4,000 – 6,000
