Starbucks District Manager / İstanbul

Manager " to join its Starbucks division.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree required,
• At least 8 years of experience in a relevant position with a team management experience,
• Excellent managerial and leadership skills,
• Good command of English,
• Excellent command of in MS Office applications,
• Have no restriction to travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Class B driver's license.

Job Description :

• Managing the entire operation of the stores according to global brand standards,
• Working with the team to achieve the sales and profitability targets of the stores,
• Ensuring coordination between head office and stores,
• Organizing routine regional meetings in order to develop and ensuring effective communication to team,
• Realizing the stores’ sales target and profitability, controlling the cost lines,
• Performing regional competitor analyzes, maximizing inventory management and market share,
• Providing coaching support to the team with Store Managers on operational functioning and human resource management,
• The management and administration of the employees in the region he/she is responsible for.
