About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Steel Fabrication Supervisor to lead and manage our steel fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing fabrication processes, ensuring quality standards, and managing a team of fabricators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all steel fabrication activities on site and in the workshop.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fabricators, welders, and technicians.
• Monitor project progress, track production schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve any fabrication or production issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, and report requirements as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Steel Fabrication Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, and metalworking techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in fabrication.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.
• Certification in welding or fabrication supervision is a plus.
• Experience in large-scale industrial or construction projects.
