Steel Fabricator Team Leader

Requirements:

• Fabricate and assemble custom wrought iron products (gates, handrails, furniture).
• Operate tools and equipment (welders, grinders, bending machines).
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead: Manage your team making sure projects are on task.
• Fabrication: Oversee the work according to plans and drawings.
• Quality Control: Make sure the work meets quality standards and fix any issues.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any challenges that come up during the work process.
