Steward

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Steward to support our kitchen and service teams. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, proper handling of kitchen tools and equipment, and help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, pantry, and storage areas
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries
• Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling
• Support kitchen and service teams as needed
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
