Steward (Luxury Hotel Industry)

We are seeking dedicated and efficient Stewards to join a prestigious international hotel group in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of stewarding experience within a luxury hotel environment. This role is vital for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across food and beverage areas, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dishwashing, and service areas.
• Wash, clean, and store all kitchen utensils, equipment, and crockery efficiently.
• Assist with waste disposal and ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support kitchen and service teams by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas as required.
• Assist with stock management and report any shortages or damages to supervisors.
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
• Support event setups and breakdowns when needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and productive environment.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a steward in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual and repetitive tasks.
