Main Responsibilities:

· Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.

· Perform regular stock counts (cycle counts and full inventory audits) to verify actual quantities and investigate discrepancies.

· Record all stock movements including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns in the ERP or inventory system.

· Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure proper documentation and storage of materials and finished goods.

· Ensure daily reconciliation between production output and warehouse receipts after each shift.

· Verify that all finished goods are received and recorded in stock upon production completion.

·  Analyze stock data to identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess items and propose corrective actions.

·  Ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and packaging items according to production requirements.

· Prepare daily and monthly stock reports showing current balances, consumption rates, and variances.

· Follow up on stock requests and confirm material availability for production orders.

· Verify receiving and issuing processes to maintain data integrity and prevent stock losses.

·  Assist in annual and cycle physical inventory activities, ensuring all results are properly reconciled and documented.

· Implement and monitor stock control procedures to comply with company policies and audit requirements.

· Collaborate with planning and purchasing departments to optimize inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.

· Identify and report stock variances or irregularities to management for corrective actions.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management and warehouse organization.


Requirements :

·  Bachelor’s degree.

·  3–6 years of experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.

·  Proven experience in developing or implementing inventory control systems and procedures.

·  Strong knowledge and practical experience using ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo).

·  Excellent understanding of inventory flow between production and warehouse.

·  Good analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

·  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

·   People-oriented , able to communicate effectively with production, planning, and warehouse staff.

·  Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to build trust and cooperation across departments.

·  Good command of English and computer literacy (Excel, Word, and inventory tracking tools).

·  Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

·  Demonstrated initiative in improving stock control accuracy and efficiency.
