Stock Controller

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Controller to support our daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, production coordination, fleet control, and dispatch processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient handling of flooring products—both ready-made and customized- within a fast paced B2B and B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have minimum 1 year Experience in WMS
• Coordinate receiving, storing, and dispatching of flooring materials and products.
• Ensure accurate stock entry and movement in NetSuite ERP system.
• Assist with production coordination by issuing raw materials and tracking finished goods for customized flooring orders.
• Monitor and update stock levels, batch numbers, bin locations, and SKUs.
• Support WMS and barcode implementation and enforce location-based inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Handle sample stock issuance and coordinate with QA or Production for approvals.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all stock and movement transactions.
• Participate in periodic cycle counts and full stock audits.
• Enforce warehouse safety, cleanliness, and best practices. Oversee daily fleet operations including vehicle assignment, route planning, maintenance scheduling, and tracking driver logs.

Requirements: ∙

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics coordination (FMCG or building materials industry preferred).
• king knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite experience is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes and WMS principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience or capability to manage fleet scheduling, documentation, and maintenance is a must.

Preferred Skills: ∙

• Experience in handling both standard and custom-made products.
• Familiarity with barcode and rack/bin location systems.
• ∙Basic understanding of production workflow and bill of materials (BOM).
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Should be a team-player.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
