Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels in ERP/system.
- Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counting and physical inventory).
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure timely posting of receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
- Monitor stock movement, dead stock, and slow-moving items.
- Recommend safety stock levels and reorder points.
- Coordinate with procurement and production for replenishment planning.
- Generate inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Maintain accurate records of GRNs, stock issuance, and transfers.
- Prepare stock reconciliation reports for audit.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation across all storage areas.
- Liaise with purchasing, production, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Coordinate with IT/system team for inventory module improvements.
- Support internal and external audits.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques (FIFO, ABC analysis, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Certification in inventory or supply chain is a plus point.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
