Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels in ERP/system.
  • Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counting and physical inventory).
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely posting of receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Monitor stock movement, dead stock, and slow-moving items.
  • Recommend safety stock levels and reorder points.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production for replenishment planning.
  • Generate inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Maintain accurate records of GRNs, stock issuance, and transfers.
  • Prepare stock reconciliation reports for audit.
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation across all storage areas.
  • Liaise with purchasing, production, quality, and warehouse teams.
  • Coordinate with IT/system team for inventory module improvements.
  • Support internal and external audits.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of inventory management techniques (FIFO, ABC analysis, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Certification in inventory or supply chain is a plus point.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
