Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store & Purchase Executive to oversee inventory management and procurement activities. The role involves ensuring smooth store operations, timely purchase of raw materials, packaging items, consumables, and maintaining stock accuracy to support continuous production and supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management:
- Maintain and monitor daily stock of raw materials, packaging items, and finished goods.
- Generate a Purchase order for required material,
- coordinate with the vendor for product order to mininse the shortage of product
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issue of materials as per company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate stock records, including physical verification and system entries.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) practices for inventory.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for material requirements.
Purchase & Procurement:
- Identify and source reliable vendors for raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
- Prepare purchase orders and track the status of material deliveries.
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company’s purchase policies and approval systems.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure storage hygiene and adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain all documentation related to inward/outward goods and purchase records.
- Generate periodic reports for stock, purchase, and consumption.
- Assist in audits (internal/external) with accurate records and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in store & purchase functions, preferably in the FMCG/Dairy/Food industry.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of store operations, procurement cycle, and compliance requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
