Store Associate-Sava Retail Discount

The Sales Associate is working along with store team to increase the sales and develop the customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate is responsible to replenish, check the quality, handle the cash counter and clean the store. The Sales Associate is also expected to provide excellent customer service by demonstrating strong product knowledge and a customer-focused mindset.

Deputising

· If a Sales Associate is designated as Head Cashier for a shift (in the absence of a Store Manager or an Assistant Store Manager), they act as the temporary deputy of the Store Manager with limited additional responsibilities. They are authorized to:

o Perform all cash counter operations (returns, voided transactions, etc.)

o Close a staff member’s till at the end of their shift

o Complete all end-of-day tasks

Merchandise

· Ensure adherence to standard layout norms (planograms and product displays)

· Ensure correct stock rotation on shelves according to store requirements and product categories

· Maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards across the store and perform cleaning tasks in all areas as needed

· Ensure the implementation of MAF Discount Retail plans and SOPs in alignment with company strategies and procedures, in collaboration with the Head

Minimum Qualifications/Education

· Relevant degree or diploma

Minimum experience

· 1+ year experience in grocery retail Business

Skills

· Very good in English (writing & speaking)

· Arabic is a plus

· Professional verbal communication skills

· Well organized and detail oriented

· High level of integrity

· Able to work under pressure

Proactiveness and flexibility
