Store & Dispatch Executive

Company Overview:

We are a leading importer of industrial garment sewing machines from China and other countries, providing sales, service, and spare parts support all over India. Our factory is committed to timely delivery and excellent service to our clients in the garment industry.

Job Role:

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing the dispatch process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of machines, spare parts, and other materials to customers and service centers across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities from the factory.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for shipment and track delivery status.
  • Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and safe loading of machines and spare parts.
  • Maintain dispatch records and update stock registers.
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery status.
  • Monitor transport costs and optimize dispatch efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations (preferably in machinery, electronics, or industrial products).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, & Email communication.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.
