Store Helper

A. Material Handling

• Load and unload materials from trucks and vehicles safely
• Assist in receiving incoming materials and checking quantities
• Move materials within the store as instructed by the Storekeeper
• Support proper stacking and arrangement of materials

B. Store Support Activities

• Assist in arranging materials in proper location and labeling
• Keep the store area clean, safe, and organized
• Follow safety rules while handling materials and equipment
• Assist in daily store operations as directed

C. Inventory Assistance

• Help in physical stock counting and stock verification
• Support Storekeeper in updating stock records
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials
• Assist in issuing materials to site teams when required

D. Safety & Compliance

• Follow company HSE rules and PPE requirements at all times
• Ensure safe handling of heavy and fragile materials
• Report unsafe conditions or hazards to supervisor immediately
• Maintain discipline inside warehouse/store area

E. Coordination

• Work closely with Storekeeper, Procurement, and Site teams
• Assist in loading materials for dispatch to project sites
• Support documentation process when required (delivery notes, etc.)

• The candidate must be readily available in the UAE, which is a minimum requirement.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Material Handling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Store Support Activities: 1 year (Preferred)
• Inventory Assistance: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Fluent in English (Preferred)
