Job Description

A Store Helper / Promodiser (retail support roles) supports daily store or warehouse operations.

Main duties:

Receive, unload, and arrange goods properly

Check items (quantity, expiry, damage)

Keep store clean and organized

Assist in stock counting and inventory

Help storekeeper in issuing products

Carry or move items when needed

Follow safety and storage rules.

Greet and assist customers

Explain products and give recommendations

Promote items to increase sales

Meet daily/monthly sales targets

Arrange product displays neatly

Handle customer questions, returns, complaints

Stay updated on promotions and prices.
