STORE IN CHARGE

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage daily store operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure proper storage and handling of materials. The ideal candidate will supervise store activities, coordinate with other departments, and ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily store operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
  • Prepare and maintain documents such as GRN, stock registers, and issue notes.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and inventory audits.
  • Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
  • Report damaged, expired, or missing items to management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • 2–5 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse management.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Leadership and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
