An Assistant Manager supports the Manager by overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth business performance while contributing to team development and customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervision and Leadership: Assistant Managers oversee employees, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to improve team productivity and development. They act as a bridge between frontline staff and senior management, stepping in to lead operations when the Manager is unavailable.
Operational Support: They assist in implementing company policies, managing workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This includes inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive client experience are central to the role. Assistant Managers often train staff on customer service best practices and may interact directly with clients.
Administrative Duties: Responsibilities include scheduling employees, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, and assisting with financial procedures such as cash handling and bank deposits. They may also support HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
Sales and Marketing Support: In retail or service industries, Assistant Managers may help with sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and merchandising to drive business growth.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
