Greenland Group. is looking for Store In-Charge (SASCO, Saudi Arabia)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Supervise all store operations inside the petrol pump convenience store
• Manage store staff including cashiers and attendants
• Monitor inventory and ensure products are properly stocked
• Maintain sales records and prepare daily reports
• Handle cash control and verify cashier transactions
• Ensure proper display of products and cleanliness of the store
• Coordinate with station supervisor regarding store performance
• Handle customer complaints and provide good customer service
• Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed
• Report shortages, damages, or issues to management

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Management
• Diploma in Business Studies
• Skills Required: Supervision, Data Entry Operator/ Supervisor, Manager, Storekeeper, Storekeeping

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Overseas Companies,Group of Companies,Inventory/Warehouse,Fuel/Petroleum

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must know basic mathematics and money counting
• Ability to manage store operations and staff
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
• Ability to handle sales reports and daily records
• Must be responsible, organized, and trustworthy
• Physically fit to work in a petrol station environment
• Applicants must have 3-5 years experience as a Store In-Charge.
