We are seeking a highly capable Store In-Charge to manage and oversee our restaurant store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, cost control, and compliance with company standards while contributing to a smooth and profitable operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Manage day-to-day inventory operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper issuance of goods.
- Minimize wastage through effective stock control practices.
Stock Control Systems:
- Maintain and update Bin Cards and Stock Cards accurately.
- Apply inventory control methods including FIFO (First In, First Out), LIFO (Last In, First Out), and FEFO (First Expired, First Out).
- Ensure proper tracking of expiry dates and stock rotation.
Budget & Cost Control:
- Assist in budgeting and financial control of store operations.
- Focus on cost efficiency and reduction of operational losses.
- Support profitability through effective stock management.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate regular reports.
- Support audits and stock verification processes.
Data & Systems Management:
- Maintain inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze stock data and prepare reports using spreadsheets.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates of inventory systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store In-Charge, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
- Understanding of Bin Cards, Stock Cards, FIFO, LIFO, and FEFO concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking spreadsheets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer and operational service.
