Location: Islamabad
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Grand City is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage inventory operations and ensure proper storage, tracking, and control of company stock across departments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in store management and procurement coordination, along with strong record-keeping and analytical capabilities.

Role Overview

As a Store Incharge, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring proper storage practices. The role also involves implementing internal controls to prevent pilferage and wastage while supporting smooth store operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and stock levels across all departments
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records and registers
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials
• Implement internal controls to prevent pilferage and wastage
• Maintain updated stock registers and inventory documentation
• Coordinate with procurement and relevant departments for stock availability and replenishment
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with internal store management procedures and policies

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• Relevant experience as a Store Incharge and/or in procurement operations preferred
• Practical knowledge of inventory handling and stock control systems

Skills & Competencies

• Strong stock register management skills
• Good analytical and record-keeping abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to monitor inventory efficiently and maintain accuracy
• Coordination and communication skills for inter-departmental support
