We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper with at least 2 years of experience in inventory and store management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of packaging materials, inventory control processes, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel for maintaining stock records and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
  • Handle packaging materials inventory and ensure proper storage and usage.
  • Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, and stock reports.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Update inventory data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all store transactions.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams for material movement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar inventory management role.
  • Good knowledge of packaging materials and inventory handling procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
