Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Issue materials to site teams and departments as per approved requests.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and stock audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue vouchers, and stock reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of UAE experience as a Store Keeper in the construction, engineering, or electro-mechanical industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping procedures.
- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inventory software.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
