Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
  • Issue materials to site teams and departments as per approved requests.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform management about replenishment requirements.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks and stock audits.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
  • Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue vouchers, and stock reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding material requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of UAE experience as a Store Keeper in the construction, engineering, or electro-mechanical industry.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping procedures.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inventory software.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
