Roles & Responsibilities

Accountable for the overall control and safekeeping of all materials, tools, equipment, and supplies that are to be kept in the Stores
Responsible to the proper and accurate documentation of financial transactions such deposit invoices and ECR.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To assist Proper inspection and receipt of delivered orders from the suppliers identifying discrepancies and product non-conformances if any.

2. Prompt issuance of stocks to requesters upon presentation of duly approved Sores Issue Vouchers (SIV).

3. Maintain good housekeeping proper stocking and labelling of stocks.

4. Assist in the regular physical inventory-taking of stocks.
