Renowned for luxury ready-to-wear collections and world-class bridal couture, the brand combines fine raw materials with the craftsmanship of a talented team of 30 professionals. With a growing international presence, the brand continues to set benchmarks in quality, creativity, and elegance.

The Role

We are seeking a Store Manager with strong leadership abilities to drive store performance, lead a dynamic retail team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This individual will play a key role in shaping store operations, implementing sales strategies, motivating the team, and ensuring revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and team performance.
• Motivate and train team members to achieve both individual and collective goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in store management (preferably in gown retail or fashion retail).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (Arabic is a must).
• Ability to set, monitor, and achieve sales targets.
• Customer-focused mindset.
