What You'll Do:

• Lead your store to meet and exceed sales goals
• Inspire and manage a motivated retail team
• Ensure impeccable customer service aligned with ZAVI’s brand values
• Oversee store operations including inventory, compliance, and visual merchandising
• Analyze data and drive strategic initiatives for performance improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8 years of experience in retail management (fashion/apparel preferred)
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Business-savvy mindset with the ability to think both tactically and strategically
• Proficiency in POS, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
