We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and possess 5–10 years of relevant experience in the UAE or Gulf region. The Store Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory management.
  • Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Receive goods and verify deliveries against Purchase Orders.
  • Ensure only QA-inspected and approved materials are stocked.
  • Manage issuing and receiving of materials for production and services.
  • Prepare stock transfer notes (STN) and related documentation.
  • Organize and maintain the store area for efficient storage and access.
  • Perform daily and monthly stock counts; manage inventory cycle counts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
