Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail apparel store. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, driving sales, managing staff performance, and ensuring a superior customer experience. This role requires a passion for fashion, strong leadership abilities, and a keen eye for visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends to maximize profitability.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage store staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Create a positive and productive team environment.

Store Operations

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash management, and inventory control.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization.

Merchandising & Visual Display

  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of promotions, markdowns, and floor sets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the buying team for stock replenishment.

Loss Prevention & Safety

  • Monitor and manage inventory shrinkage and implement loss prevention measures.
  • Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations.
