The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, driving sales, managing staff performance, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service:

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Monitor and analyze sales trends to maximize profitability.
Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, motivate, and manage store staff.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.

Create a positive and productive team environment.
Store Operations

Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash management, and inventory control.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization.
Merchandising & Visual Display

Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines.

Ensure timely and effective execution of promotions, markdowns, and floor sets.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the buying team for stock replenishment.
Loss Prevention & Safety

Monitor and manage inventory shrinkage and implement loss prevention measures.

Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations.
