Store Manager – Retail / Food Sector

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead daily store operations, manage staff, and drive sales performance. The role ensures excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and full compliance with operational, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations and team performance
• Drive sales targets and control costs
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Manage cash handling, POS, and daily reporting
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards (food sector)
• Train, motivate, and evaluate store staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail or food sector
• Strong leadership, sales, and people management skills
• Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and reporting
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
