Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for the full operational, financial, and people performance of the brand. This role ensures the store operates safely, profitably, and consistently to brand standards every day.

Scope of Role

 End-to-end ownership of one location

 Execution of SOPs and brand standards

 Leadership of FOH, BOH, Bar, Supervisors, and PICs

 Financial performance and cost control

 Guest experience and reputation management

Key Performance Measures

 Sales vs forecast and growth

 Food cost, labour cost, and waste

 Operational audit and compliance scores

 Guest satisfaction and review scores

 Staff retention, engagement, and training completion

 Cash control and variance management

Compliance & Governance Responsibilities

 Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality Food Code

 Ensure PIC coverage on all operating shifts

 Enforce SOPs, checklists, and logs without exception

 Act on audit findings and corrective actions

 Escalate serious risks to Operations Manager immediately
