CMA Electronic International (Pvt.) Ltd. is a prominent name in the lighting manufacturing industry in Pakistan. We are currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Store Manager to join our team. This role will involve overseeing daily warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on efficiency, compliance, and effective leadership.

Position Overview

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory accurately, overseeing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring warehouse safety and cleanliness, and supervising warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, consumables, and spare parts through regular stock checks and cycle counting.
  • Monitor stock levels to identify potential shortages and initiate timely procurement.
  • Implement inventory control systems to optimize storage space and reduce stock damage.
  • Manage stock rotation according to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles.

Receiving

  • Oversee the receiving process, including verification of quantities and quality of incoming deliveries.
  • Manage safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials.

Warehouse Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout.
  • Ensure proper labeling and systematic storage of materials.
  • Enforce warehouse safety procedures, including handling of hazardous materials.
  • Supervise the warehouse team, assign daily tasks, and monitor team performance.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock reports, purchase orders, and dispatch documents.
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports for management, highlighting discrepancies or potential risks.
  • Ensure documentation complies with internal quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Cost Control

  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, including stock level optimization and waste reduction.
  • Monitor warehouse operating costs and recommend areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should hold either a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and warehouse management software for stock tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends in inventory levels and make informed decisions.
  • Understanding of relevant safety regulations and quality standards related to warehouse operations.
  • The candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
