We are looking for a Store Manager who is responsible to manage and control all store and warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods while maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records (received, issuance, & return) of raw materials, packaging materials, maintenance and finished goods inventory.
• Batch wise inventory maintenance with traceability.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification with system inventory vs physical inventory.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and stock variances rectifying with finance approval.
• Keeping all physical signed & approved documents (receiving, issuance, discards, wastages, reprocesses & returns)
• Monitor shelf life and expiry dates of materials.
• Control wastage, damage, and pilferage of materials.
• Ensure proper stock levels to support uninterrupted production or smooth supply chain.
• Daily weekly, & monthly stores demand raise to procurement with planning & finance approval.
• Slow-moving or near expired items.
• Implement FIFO / FEFO inventory practices for food products.
• Verify quantity and condition of materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance for material inspection and approval.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for spices, ingredients, and dessert materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Organize warehouse space for efficient material handling and easy accessibility.
• Supervise dispatch of finished goods as per sales orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Ensure proper documentation for dispatch and deliveries.
• Supervise storekeepers, warehouse assistants, and loaders.
• Train staff on store procedures, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
