  • Manage day‑to‑day store operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee stock receiving, issuing, and storage
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records
  • Ensure proper handling, stacking, and labeling of building materials
  • Supervise storekeepers, foremen, helpers, and loading staff
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and accounts departments
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports
  • Ensure safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Verify incoming materials against purchase orders (quality & quantity)
  • Manage dispatch, delivery orders, and documentation
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO and inventory control procedures
  • Support internal and external auditS

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role
  • Experience in building materials / hardware / construction supply is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory software
  • Physically fit and able to handle warehouse environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
