Store Manager

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to oversee material receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance of construction materials. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ERP systems and experience managing construction site stores efficiently while ensuring accurate stock records and material availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all store operations, including the receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatching of materials
• Ensure accurate inventory control through regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliation
• Work with systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle NetSuite or other inventory management systems
• Maintain up-to-date records of all inventory transactions using ERP software system
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and security protocols in compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, and Production teams to ensure timely material availability
• Coordinate with Sales, Project, and Finance teams to ensure timely material dispatch and complete documentation
• Optimize store layout and material handling processes for efficiency
• Supervise, train, and evaluate store staff to ensure adherence to procedures and performance standards
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage and maintain quality
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, re-order alerts and overall store performance
