We Are Hiring – Cafe Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cafe Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service standards in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage overall cafe operations and team performance

Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline

Ensure high-quality customer service

Monitor inventory, stock, and wastage control

Achieve sales and operational targets

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

Resolve customer complaints professionally

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

3–5 years of experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality operations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage teams under pressure

Knowledge of inventory and operational controls

Good reporting and problem-solving skills

Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
