Restaurant Store Manager

Position: Store Manager (Restaurant)
Location: Karachi Phase 8

Are you an experienced restaurant professional with strong leadership and operational skills? We're looking for a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure exceptional service, efficient inventory management, and smooth team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage restaurant staff.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, control stock, and minimize wastage.
• Handle cash management and daily financial reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement of supplies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in the restaurant or food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve operational challenges effectively.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
