Store Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused functioning.

Maintain adherence to SOPs, retail standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Manage visual merchandising to reflect brand aesthetics and seasonal themes.

Conduct routine audits for hygiene, inventory accuracy, security, and compliance.

Drive overall and category-wise sales performance; achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Review KPIs such as footfall conversion, average bill value, and customer trends to optimize outcomes.

Identify opportunities to enhance repeat business and customer retention.

Coordinate with merchandising teams for stock planning and timely replenishment.

Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team including sales staff, cashiers, and front-desk personnel.

Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and elevate customer service.

Manage daily stock checks, opening/closing reconciliations, and accurate reporting.

Implement loss prevention strategies and ensure staff are trained on safety protocols.

Oversee locker safety, daily stock transfers, and overall inventory integrity.

Strong leadership and people management skills

Knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamonds, precious stones) preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred (Retail Management, Business, or related field)

Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial role (luxury retail or jewellery preferred)

Fluency in English and the local language (Hindi for Delhi / Kannada for Bengaluru)
