We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our sports brand store. The ideal candidate must have strong retail management experience, excellent leadership skills, and be fluent in Arabic in order to communicate effectively with customers and the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor KPIs (sales, conversion, UPT, ATV) and implement action plans to maximize performance.
- Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to build strong retail talent.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and communicate regularly with head office management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in sports brand
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Good understanding of retail KPIs and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays.
