What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensure every customer receives consistent, high-quality experience.
• Resolve complaints and escalations with professionalism and care.
• Drive personalized interactions that build loyalty and repeat business.
• Lead the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Track performance, identify trends, and act quickly on opportunities.
• Optimize product positioning based on customer insights and sales data.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines.
• Ensure accurate stock levels through effective inventory control.
• Manage replenishment, stock counts, and minimize discrepancies.
• Handle returns and refunds in line with company policies.
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to perform at their best.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development support.
• Monitor performance and address gaps to drive productivity.
• Maintain attractive, brand-aligned product displays.
• Execute promotions and in-store campaigns effectively.
• Continuously improve store layout to boost engagement and sales.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee financial transactions and cash handling with accuracy.
• Review sales reports and KPIs to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of retail experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in sales, team management, and store operations
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of retail operations and standards
• Professional presence with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with POS and inventory systems
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
