Reporting To :Cluster Operations Manager

Employment Type :Full-Time

Experience Required :3–5 years in retail management, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle segments.

Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for leading the overall operations of a multi-brand beauty retail store. This includes team

leadership, customer experience, sales performance, brand compliance, visual merchandising, and inventory control. The ideal

candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for beauty, and experience in managing multiple premium or luxury brands

under one roof.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and lead store staff (Beauty Advisors, Makeup Artists, Cashiers, etc.).
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy work environment to reduce turnover.
  • Drive sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through trained staff and product knowledge.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates, basket size, and average transaction value.
  • Ensure brand representation and compliance for all in-store brands.
  • Coordinate with brand representatives for training, promotions, and new launches.
  • Implement and monitor visual merchandising standards to maximize product appeal.
  • Oversee stock levels, replenishments, and audits while minimizing shrinkage.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers for stock transfers and returns.
  • Monitor expiry dates, testers, and stock rotation.
  • Execute in-store campaigns, loyalty programs, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for local events and influencer activations.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyse KPIs and implement action plans for performance improvement.
  • Monitor competitors and suggest strategies for retention and growth.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail management (beauty, cosmetics , fashion ).
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory control, and store operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
  • Good product understanding in Beauty & Personal Care, with willingness to learn.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS systems, MS Excel, and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with premium/luxury beauty brands (e.g., Nykaa, Health & Glow, Dabur New U, L’Oréal).
  • Strong understanding of skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
  • Certification in retail management or cosmetology (an added advantage).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
